Yes, I was there
I went to a concert recently and it was the first time in a while.
There should be more live music performances.
You get that amazing energy exchange between the band, the music, and the audience.
And at a good show, thousands upon thousands of people connect together.
If you don’t subscribe to to the theory that separation is an illusion, or that we as humans can share energy, then I know that you have never been to a good live music concert.
The concert I went to was Dream Theatre at the Horden in Sydney.

Sydney’s black Tshirts came out to play.
The long hair and the mix of people that you find at a concert by a harder rock band that had played across two decades made for a Tshirt collection wonderland.
Many tour Tshirts from other bands.
I was thinking about all of those nights out to all those shows.
Your out on an adventure with your friends to see a show, and on route to a little known gypsy Tshirt shop hotspot… the concert merchandise stand.
Got to get a tour Tshirt.
It signifies that you were there, that you were there, to witness the performance on that memorable day.
It’s the Tshirt that connects you to that event long after the curtain was drawn.
Now I first got introduced to Dream Theatre with the comments that the music was, musicians music.
Music that musicians would appreciate.
Intricate, creative, and complex, simple, tight, and without flaw. Masters of their instruments.
And they were, even back when I first heard about them.
Fast forward through how ever many live shows, and years of connecting as a band through the music, and you may start to be able to imagine how ‘in tune’ these guys are when they play.
And so I went to experience an amazing show, with plenty of friends, and a Tshirt Art Club entourage of memories
